We at the Jackie Nitschke Center have struggled in the past with clients that carry Blue Cross/Blue Shield as a provider. The reason there has been an issue is that the majority of thier policies send compensation directly to the client and often they will not pay for services rendered. Has anyone dealt with BC/BS and found out a way they will pay the provider directly not the customer.
